Shipping and Returns


DIFFERENT BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES

The primary customer address should reflect the name and address associated with the credit card used for purchase.

If the shipping address is different, enter the shipping address in the lower part of the customer screen as specified.


For United States orders, we ship by UPS from our warehouse in Illinois.  Orders specifying UPS Ground are generally filled within one business day.

Orders paid by check can only be shipped after receipt of the check.


Orders specifying 1-, 2- or 3-Day Shipping must be received by 10AM Central Time Monday-Friday in order to be shipped the same day.


At the Parkinson Shop, we offer a two-week trial on all the products we sell.  We ask that you use good judgment, not to damage the products you are evaluating.  Upon receiving returns, we will refund you the initial shipping charge and the cost of the product.  We do not refund return shipping.
